As a way to boost the togetherness, the Virtual Town Hall included a virtual, communal playground: The Winter Carnival!
The Winter Carnival invited employees org-wide to visit non-linear group break-out destinations wherein attendees could partake in fun activities + virtual hang outs alongside their coworkers.
